Tour Conditions

  • Tours are non-transferable, and cancellation fees will apply.
  • In case of illness or injuries, Hakuba Snowshoe is not responsible for any compensation. Participants must be covered by an insurance company.
  • Hakuba Snowshoe reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, events beyond our control, or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, full refund will be provided.
  • Minimum Participation Requirement
    Group tours require a minimum of 3 participants to operate. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and all payments will be fully refunded.

Liability and Insurance

Hakuba Snowshoe will not be held liable for any accidents before, during, or after tours. Participants are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel, holiday, and recreational insurance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will be determined by the timing of cancellation.Please refer to the table for details.

Until 11:00 a.m. the day before 50%
On the day / No-show 100%
